Office Overview
In 1982 two of the founding principals of Concordis Northbridge Group pioneered
in Northern California the strategy of exclusively representing governmental
units, regulated industries, services firms and industrial companies that had
a need to lease or purchase real estate or dispose of surplus space. As a certified
M/WBE, Concordis Northbridge's focus has been on the representation of organizations
that promote diversity within their business plan. Four former directors of
corporate real estate for major companies developed a scope of services and
set of processes that still guide their business today. These services focus
on supporting the real estate decisions of the client's management team. Utilizing
the local real estate knowledge and expertise of alliance organizations, Concordis
Northbridge professionals are able to directly assist clients as their advocate
throughout North America.
With their headquarters in Oakland California, Concordis Northbridge has developed
working relationships with over 50 like-minded corporate real estate firms throughout
