Asset Services
Our responsibility is to actively manage and maximize the performance of the real estate assets owned by our clients by developing both the strategic plan for the overall performance of the portfolio and managing the day to day operations of the property to meet the strategic objectives.
The Asset Manager's responsibilities include: maximization of the net operating income and investment value of each asset under management, monitoring the national real estate market and submarkets where clients own assets, the engagement and supervision of third party leasing and management firms, negotiating leases, evaluating capital improvements; and strategic decisions impacting an asset, including a decision to hold or sell, changing a property's emphasis or focus and compliance with industry best practices.
